SPORTS PERFORMANCE

£145 (per month)

  • 2 coached sessions a week, person specific strength and conditioning program.

  • Catch up / conditioning session.

  • Monthly performance testing / sports event.

Best suited to those who want to use the gym to level up their sports performance, use it alongside high levels of other physical activity such as running, circuit training, and cycling. Anyone going on to this membership starts with a 3 week Athletic Base program (see below).

gym performance

£195 (per month)

  • 3 coached sessions a week, person specific S&C program.

  • Catch up / conditioning session.

  • Monthly Performance testing / Sports Event.

Best suited for those whose gym performance is what matters. Anyone going on to this membership starts with a 3 week Athletic Base program. (see below).
